These terms govern the relationship between Olivia Farm (جنان الزيتون) and its customers.

Services Offered

Olivia Farm offers ritual sacrifice services (Aqiqa, Sadaqa, Eid Al-Adha), fresh meat packages (Meat Box), with video proof and home delivery in Morocco.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in euros (€). Payment is made via bank transfer or WhatsApp. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Delivery

Delivery is available in Khouribga (same day), Casablanca and Beni Mellal (next day). Delivery times may vary depending on availability.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the planned sacrifice date. No refunds after this period.

Video Proof

Every sacrifice is filmed and the video is sent to the customer via WhatsApp within 2 hours.
